Can I return items?
Yes. We accept all returns in new condition without questions and will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase price. It’s your choice. Returns must be made within 30 days.
We use every source possible to provide you with accurate product descriptions. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable. Chemicals are not returnable for any reason.
Digital microscope have specified warranties that will apply.

Telephone, Fax Sales, and Purchase Orders
We are pleased to accept telephone orders toll free at 877-968-7522 (877-YOUR-LAB) or by fax at 210-805-9319. Purchase Orders are welcome at anytime from school systems and other qualified agencies.
All orders in Texas must include an 8.25% sales tax on the merchandise and shipping portion of the order unless tax exempt.
If you are tax exempt, please provide us with a tax exemption permit, or W-9.
If you receive a shipment containing damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We must file a claim and will advise you on whether to return the damaged goods.

How Long Does It Take?
We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the carrier, you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days.
How Is Shipping Calculated?
Shipping is based on the total weight of your order and the distance traveling. It’s your choice to choose standard ground (which means USPS Priority in most cases) 2nd day, or Next Day rates.
